Fish City Grill was built on the idea that a great restaurant starts with a great team. We focus on respect, teamwork, and creating a workplace where people actually enjoy coming to work.
Many of our managers and leaders started in entry-level positions. We train, support, and promote from within whenever possible, and we value people who show up ready to learn and help the team succeed.
As we’ve grown into multiple locations across several states, we’ve kept the same neighborhood culture — work hard, take care of each other, and have fun along the way.
